Shipping Policy: Please allow up 3-5 business days for your order to process. Once processed, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Even though we strive for fast shipping, some circumstances may be out of our hands. Placing your order at the beginning of the week can speed the shipping process.

Returns/Exchanges: Our hair is carefully inspected before we send it to our customers. Therefore, there are absolutely no refunds. If the hair does not meet our standards, we will then exchange the unworn/unused product within 7 business days. For Wigs/Lashes/Hair Care/Cosmetics NO refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you're choosing the correct item when placing your order.
